Terms of Service

By accessing or using Globby, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

Globby provides global trade intelligence services including: • Access to import/export trade records • Company and supplier verification tools • Market analysis and trend reports • API access for data integration • Custom enterprise solutions

You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use • Providing accurate and complete registration information • Keeping your account information up to date

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Credits expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over.

You agree NOT to: • Use the service for any illegal purpose • Resell or redistribute our data without authorization • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems • Scrape or automatically collect data beyond API limits • Share account credentials with unauthorized users • Upload malicious code or interfere with service operation

Globby and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, including: • Software, algorithms, and data structures • Trademarks, logos, and brand elements • Documentation and user interfaces • Aggregated and derived data products You retain ownership of data you upload to the platform.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination: • Your access to the platform will be revoked • Any outstanding payments become due immediately • We may delete your account data after 30 days • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globby's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
